Captain GUESTMy right hon. Friend has asked me to answer this question. From the 1st March the train ferries and wharves at Richborough will be managed and operated as a civilian establishment by the South-Eastern and Chatham Railway Company's managing committee. The cost of working will be repaid to the managing committee by the War Office without profit to the committee. The answer to the last part of my hon. Friend's question is in the negative.
