HC Deb 20 February 1919 vol 112 c1135
Colonel GRETTON

asked the Prime Minister if the payment of salaries of £400 a year to Members of the House of Commons will be continued during the present Parliament; and, if so, will proposals for enabling payment to be made be laid before the House of Commons?

Mr. BONAR LAW

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part, provision will be made, as usual, in the House of Commons Vote.
