Mr. DONNELLYasked the Chief Secretary whether he is aware of the seriousflooding that takes place every year in the Lough Neagh drainage district; that such flooding most injuriously affects five counties to an extent of over 25,000 statute acres, resulting in much loss and suffering to the occupiers of the flooded area; and if he will say what steps, if any, the Government proposes to take to remedy the existing state of things?
