§ 6. Mr. HOGGEasked the Secretary for Foreign Affairs whether he is aware that the mixed Court of Appeal of the mixed tribunals of Egypt has forbidden, without a hearing, an English barrister in Egypt to have chambers in two places; and whether he has any statement to make on the subject?
Mr. HARMSWORTHA complaint to this effect has been received from a barrister practising in Egypt and has been referred to His Majesty's High Commissioner in Cairo for a report.
