asked the Minister of Labour, with reference to his reply to the question on the 17th instant of the hon. and learned Baronet, the Member for York, regarding reconstruction works in Ireland, if the grant by the Exchequer for this purpose is to be used in providing employment for demobilised soldiers and sailors only?
