Sandy, late Private, No. 292, 9th field ambulance, now residing at No. 1, Sussex Villas, Highland Road, Aldershot, has been refused his certificate of service; whether he is aware that, when Mr. Sandy was called up from the Reserve in August 1914, he was passed fit for active service, and that, after some months of active service, he was discharged from the Army for loss of health, for which he received a pension; and whether he can explain, in view of these facts, why Private Sandy's disability is held not to be caused or aggravated by military service?
