§ Mr. BRIDGEMANA General Licence has been issued permitting the resumption of trade with Turkey, and goods may now be exported provided the necessary export licences are obtained from the War Trade Department in the usual way. Pending the issue of the General Licence special authority was given in one case recommended by the British authorities at Constantinople.
