asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether it is the intention to set up a Royal Commission to consider and report upon the incidence elative to the levying of Income Tax so that some of the existing anomalies may be removed; and whether he is aware that such a Commission was definitely promised by the Government in power previous to the War?
