§ The ATTORNEY-GENERAL (Sir G. Hewart)My right hon. Friend has asked 1014 me to reply to this question. My attention had not hitherto been drawn to the hardship referred to, nor am I aware of the extent of it. But I will make inquiries. It is evidently a matter which deserves in vestigation.
