§ Mr. RICHARDSONDoes not the right hon. Gentleman realise that it will cause a great deal of trouble and annoyance to-local authorities if they cannot have these lands for their town-planning schemes?
§ Dr. ADDISONIt will apply only to a very small number of cases, and I have no statutory authority in the matter, as I have stated in my reply.
