§ 69. Major GLYNasked the Prime Minister if he will state for how much longer it is anticipated that the question of maintaining the Ministry of Munitions as a Ministry of Supply will remain Undecided; whether the careful examination that is now being given to the subject includes a scrutiny of the causes that led to fresh work being imposed upon the Ministry of Munitions by other Government Departments; and whether he will state what Government Departments have, in fact, delegated certain contracting functions to the Ministry of Munitions since 31st March last, in spite of retaining the responsibility for the employment and efficiency when in use of such material?
