Mr. STANTONasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that the members of the Welsh National Federation of Discharged and Demobilised Sailors and Soldiers are protesting against the assessment of Income Tax, and that they demand that all those who have served in His Majesty's Forces during the War shall be exempted from paying Income Tax for a period equivalent to the duration of the War; and will he consider this?
