Lords Amendments considered.

Lords amendment: After Clause 3, insert New Clause (Notice by Local Authority of Effective Methods)— A local authority having power to enforce this Act may, from time to time, by public notice within its area, give instructions as to the most effective methods that can be adopted, both individually and collectively, with a view to the destruction of rats and mice.
