Mr. HARMSWORTHArrangements are being made by the Foreign Office for the publication of the Peace handbooks 1621 prepared for the use of the British Delegation at the Peace Conference at Paris. Considerable editorial work is involved, and at the present moment it is impossible to say when the volumes will be ready for issue. Due economy will be exercised in respect of the remuneration of the editorial staff and in cutting down the cost of preparation and production. It is to be anticipated that the books can be issued at prices sufficiently low to render them generally accessible to the public.
