WILSONasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office if he is aware that while the men employed by the Ordnance Department at Salisbury Plain were paid their wage for the Peace day holiday, the men employed in the Department of Royal Engineers were not paid; and whether he will give instructions that the men employed in the Royal Engineers' Department must be paid their wage?
