HC Deb 07 August 1919 vol 119 c534
32. Captain MOREING

asked the Postmaster-General whether it has yet been possible to effect any improvements in the postal facilities at Filey?

The ASSISTANT POSTMASTER-GENERAL (Mr. Pease)

Arrangements will shortly be made for accelerating the first delivery at Filey by about half an hour. I regret the delay in dealing with the matter, which has been caused by the uncertainty in regard to the resumption of the pre-war train service.
