28. Lieut.-Colonel MALONEasked the Minister of Labour when it is proposed to bring before the House the necessary legislation to put into operation the recommendations of the Industrial Conference with regard to the establishment of a permanent national industrial council?
§ Sir R. HORNEI hope to introduce Bills dealing with the recommendations of the Conference in regard to wages and the forty-eight hours' week before the Recess. I understand that the employers and the trade unions will then proceed to constitute their respective sides of the National Industrial Council.
§ Mr. FRANCEWill the right hon. Gentleman undertake to see that this council includes any Members of this House who have undergone special treatment for mind and memory?
