§ Mr. BONAR LAWThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative, but, as already stated, certain of its functions are being carried on by other Government Departments. The Government is taking all possible steps to bring before the public the necessity for increased production and economy and the present and prospective industrial situation.
