§ 14. That a sum, not exceeding £90, be granted to His Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st 61 day of March, 1920, for the Expense of the Ordnance Factories, the coat of the production of which will be charged to the Ministry of Munitions.
