Captain GUESTIn virtue of a recent decision of the Peace Conference, any future movement of the Allied forces shall be under the supreme direction of the Commander-in-Chief, who is responsible to the Conference for military operations in the Asiatic portion of the Turkish Empire. The vilayet of Aidin will, therefore, fall to the command of General Milne.
