Mr. ATKEYasked the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been called to a resolution passed at a meeting of the council of the Nottingham Chamber of Commerce on 30th June, which stated that, in the opinion of this council, the withdrawal, without notice, of the inter availability facilities hitherto available on the Midland and Great Central Railways between Nottingham and London is causing great inconvenience and loss of time to manufacturers and traders; and whether he will intervene in order to secure the renewal of these permits as they expire?
