§ Sir H. GREENWOODNo information has been received regarding the attitude of the President of the Republic of Finland, Professor Stahlberg, towards Russia. As regards the second part of the question, no specific steps have been taken to recognise the new President of Finland, as this is not considered necessary in view of the recognition of the independence of Finland by the Allies. The answer to the third part of the question is in the negative.
