§ Mr. MONTAGUThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards action, I would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the reply given on the 13th February to the hon. Baronet the Member for East Nottingham. I expect to receive shortly a dispatch from the Government of India on the subject.
