§ That they have passed a Bill, intituled, "An Act to authorise the Mayor, Aldermen, and Burgesses of the borough of Hartlepool to acquire the ferry across the harbour at Hartlepool and to maintain, improve, and work the same; and for other purposes." [Hartlepool Corporation Bill [Lords].
§ And also, a Bill, intituled, "An Act to sanction and confirm the construction by the Beccles Waterworks Company of existing works; and for other purposes." [Beccles Waterworks Bill [lords.]
§ Government Works at Cippenham,—That they have appointed a Committee of Five Lords to join with a Committee of this House to inquire into the conditions under which the Government works at Cippenham are being carried out, the cost that is involved, and the responsibility for the advice on which the scheme was undertaken, pursuant to the Message of this House of the 14th of April.
§ That they propose that the Joint Committee do meet in Committee Room C on Tuesday the 15th of April at Twelve o'clock.
