§ Mr. FISHERThe Regulations for Grants for elementry education recently issued make considerable provision for lightening (proportionately) the burden borne by the poorer and more thickly-populated districts. The problem is one of great difficulty, and if the hon. Member can make any contribution to its solution or the removal of any features which can properly be described as inequitable, I shall be grateful to him.
