Mr. TYSON WILSONasked the President of the Board of Trade whether any estimate is being made of the cost involved in the transport of troops and munitions on the railways since the commencement of the War and which would have had to be paid to the various railway companies in the absence of the present system of Government control; and, if so, will he supply this information?
