That it is expedient to authorise the payment into the Education (Scotland) Fund, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of such sums as may become payable there into in pursuance of any Act of the present Session and to make further provision for superannuation and other allowances to teachers in Scotland."—[Mr. Munro.]
