§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe Director General of Supply and Research is an officer who rendered brilliant war service in the Army and in the Air Force, and was for a considerable period Controller-General of Equipment in the Air Ministry. I am satisfied that he is well qualified for the appointment which he holds.
