STEEL-MAITLAND (Department of Overseas Trade)Mr. Hearn, His Majesty's Consul-General at Paris, will shortly retire from the Consular Service, and will be succeeded by Mr. Maxse, His Majesty's Consul-General at Rotterdam, who has rendered service of the highest value throughout the War. No change is at present contemplated at Antwerp.
