§ Mr. BONAR LAWThe Committee referred to will be set up immediately in accordance with the promise given by me in the last Parliament, and the House will, I am sure, understand that the setting up of this Committee does not indicate any doubt as to the efficiency of the Pensions Ministry. On the contrary, the Government are satisfied that the very difficult problems connected with this Ministry are being dealt with expeditiously and efficiently by my right hon. Friend and his Department.
