§ 77. Colonel STEPHENSONasked the Secretary of State for War whether he will consider the advisability of resuscitating the organisation of the Territorial Force in this country on the prewar basis without delay, in order to maintain its efficiency, and of utilising the services of pre-war commanding officers who have a good record of war service, but who for various reasons may have been transferred to the Territorial Force Reserve?
§ Mr. CHURCHILLI have answered this question. I attended yesterday a meeting of Lords Lieutenant and Presidents of the Territorial Force Associations, and I hope that a full report of the statement which I made to them will appear in to-morrow morning's newspapers.
