§ Sir G. CAVEThe question of the revocation of the certificate of naturalisation granted to Sir E. Speyer is to be referred to the Committee over which Mr. Justice Atkin presides. If the certificate is revoked, Sir E. Speyer will cease to be a member of the Privy Council. I cannot say when it will be possible to complete the case, but it will be conducted with all due expedition.
