§ The POSTMASTER-GENERAL (Mr. Illingworth)The provision of telegraph and telephone facilities at Cape Clear and Sherkin Islands has been considered on several occasions, but I regret that the small amount of business likely to be transacted would not justify the heavy expense which such provision would involve.
