REESasked the Prime Minister whether legislation will be required to carry into effect the Resolutions on migration between India and the Dominions which were passed at the Imperial Conference; and, if so, whether it is proposed to introduce such legislation during the present Session?
§ Mr. MONTAGUI think that no Imperial legislation will be required, and that the necessary steps can be taken in India.
