§ Mr. MACPHERSONAs I stated in reply to my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Christchurch on Monday last, officers, non-commissioned officers, and men serving at home or with an expeditionary force will be granted leave eight clear days before the issue of the writs, so as to enable them to appear before the duly accredited committee or association of the recognised party or body of persons proposing to adopt them.
