§ The ASSISTANT-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Lord Robert Cecil)A treaty between the United Kingdom and Peru for the establishment of a permanent Commission to which disputes should be referred was signed at Lima on 16th July last, on the model of that concluded with the United States on 15th September, 1914. I will arrange for copies to be placed in the Library of the House for the convenience of Members who may desire to refer to the text.
