§ Mr. BONAR LAWThe Committee anticipate a complicated and prolonged enquiry, and I am not in a position to 594 state when their Report will be completed. As far as I have been able to ascertain, the answer to the second part of the question is in the negative.
§ Colonel ASHLEYWill counsel be allowed to appear on behalf of the interested parties?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI have not asked about counsel; that must be a matter to be regulated by the preceding circumstances.
§ Colonel ASHLEYWill witnesses be allowed to appear and to give evidence?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWAs I have already said the form of procedure will largely depend upon the discretion of the Chairman of the Committee, and the other members.
