§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of ADMIRALTY (Dr. Macnamara)The tribunal set up by the Naval Prize Act, 1918, is now at work. It has already been stated to the House 436 that, in consequence of the system of distribution to the Fleet as a whole engaged in the sea operations of the War—as against the old system of distribution to the captors in each case—no distribution can take place until after the close of the War.
