§ Mr. MONTAGUI regret I am not in a position to announce a decision on this question, regarding which I am in telegraphic correspondence with the Government of India. I am doing all I can to expedite the settlement of what I recognise to be an urgent and important issue, and hope to be in a position to make a statement within a week or two. I will let my hon. and gallant Friend know when a decision has been reached.
