§ Mr. BONAR LAWAs regards the first part of the question, I must refer the hon. Member to the President's own statements on the subject. As regards the latter parts, I need not say that if President Wilson finds it possible to visit this country, as we greatly hope he may, he will be assured of a most cordial welcome and every hospitality will be offered to him.
