§ Mr. GULLANDI am sorry I did not give the right hon. Gentleman longer notice. Is he aware that we were promised that the information would be available within 48 hours of the Proclamation? That notice was given 6 days ago, and I know of several cases where the list is not yet available at the registration offices.
§ Mr. MACPHERSONI believe that promise was made, and I cannot explain why it has not been fulfilled, but I will make inquiries.
