§ In the event of the formation of a local war pensions committees association having objects and a constitution approved by the Minister, a local committee may pay as part of its administrative expenses such sum as may be prescribed, not exceeding five pounds, as a contribution towards the expenses of such association and also, up to an amount approved by the Minister, the 3067 expenses of the attendance of representatives of the committee at meetings of the association.—[Mr. Hodge.]
