HC Deb 12 November 1918 vol 110 c2499
74. Mr. HUGH BARRIE

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer when it is proposed to circulate the Annual Statement of Revenue and Expenditure, England, Scotland, and Ireland?

140. Mr. LOUGH

asked the Secretary to the Treasury why the Annual Returns of Revenue and Expenditure in Great Britain and Ireland, respectively, ordered by the House and usually laid upon the Table in the month of August, have not been furnished this year; and when will they be in the hands of Members?

Mr. BALDWIN (Joint Financial Secretary to the Treasury)

These returns were issued yesterday. I regret that the great pressure on the Departments concerned has led to some delay in compiling them.
