HC Deb 12 November 1918 vol 110 cc2503-4
85. Mr. NUGENT

asked the Home Secretary if, in view of the hardship inflicted on pensioned sergeants and constables of England and Wales, by having a portion of their pensions deducted under the provisions of paragraph 2, Section 13, of the Police Act, 1890, he will remedy this grievance by returning all moneys deducted under this Section?

Mr. BRACE

I understand that this matter will be discussed on an Amendment to the Police Pensions Bill now before Parliament.
