§ Mr. CLYNESAn Assistant Commissioner for Milk has been appointed in each of six of the Food Commissioners' Divisions, and progress is being made with the appointment for the remaining divisions. The answer to the second part of the question is in the negative; the last part does not, therefore, arise.
§ Mr. WRIGHTAs the right hon. Gentleman has indicated his desire to encourage the formation of farmers' co-operative societies, before proceeding with the intended appointment referred to in the second part of the question, will he ask the opinion of the Central Advisory Agricultural Board?
