§ 95. Sir P. MAGNUSasked the President of the Local Government Board whether it is intended that the polling at the elections for university constituencies, which may be continued for a week, shall take place before or after the day to be fixed for the polling at other constituencies.
Mr. WALSHUnder the Fifth Schedule to the Representation of the People Act, 2112 1918, the intervals between the receipt of the writ for a university constituency and the nomination, and between the nomination and the poll, are within certain limits to be determined by the returning officer. It will thus depend on the returning officer whether the poll will take place before or after the day for polling in other constituencies.
