§ Mr. WARDLENo paper has been, or will be, supplied through the Paper Controller's Department to political organisations for posters for the General Election. The question of prohibiting election posters altogether has been considered. It has, however, been decided to leave to the decision of candidates and their agents the use to which the paper supplied to them through the Department is put.
Mr. HARRISAm I to understand that the only paper that can be used for posters is the paper supplied to individual candidates?
