§ Mr. BALDWIN (Joint Financial Secretary to the Treasury)If the hon. Member will look at this Resolution, he will see that it is an annual one, containing no new matter, and is merely for the purpose of rectifying the transfer of Appropriations. They are set forth in detail in the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor-General, and have been examined by the Public Accounts Committee, and were confirmed by this House before the Appropriation Bill was introduced. There is nothing that has not been examined, and under these circumstances, as it is a formal Resolution, I hope that he will withdraw his objection.
