Mr. CHANCELLORasked the Under-Secretary of State for War if he will supply the House with the particulars, which have already been circulated among the officers in command of military, war, Territorial, and general hospitals and hospitals established by the War Office in Poor Law institutions in the London district, giving the consumption of malt liquors and of wines and spirits by officers and other ranks in the above-named hospitals during the period 26th January, 1918, to 22nd February, 1918, and during 2104 the period 23rd February, 1918, to 29th March, 1918, taken out on the basis of 100 patients per day?
