§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the WAR OFFICE (Mr. Forster)The procedure for dealing with discharged soldiers 1903 has been revised recently, and cases of delay in the settlement of soldiers' accounts should now be rare. If the hon. Member will bring any specific cases to my notice I will have them investigated.
